FouNDER SToRY

GoW Founder & CEO, Nancy Jundi, has held leadership roles across a varied spectrum of both public and private companies. Starting her career as a financial advisor in Wealth Management & Asset Protection in Ohio, she later moved west to help a friend with their indie film and never looked back.
As the entertainment industry evolved, so did Jundi’s skill sets - predicting a move to cloud based infrastructure and data based acquisitions, she moved into SaaS and Information Security to better prepare for the looming migrations. This work led her to deeply meaningful work across Health Care, Hospitality, Satellite Communications and Defense contracts that took her around the world.
Her experience in helping businesses to package or re-brand their companies in an effort to sell is matched only by her long list of Film & Television credits, serving as a Producer on some of your favorite shows and movies after returning to Hollywood.
Jundi is best known for her innovative approaches to helping businesses to staff, scale and ultimately sell or secure seven figure investments. With nearly a dozen successful acquisitions under her belt, and over 100 productions delivered, GoW was a natural progression as her expertise became more in demand. Partnering with trusted colleagues around the world, GoW is an extension of Jundi’s detailed mapping of a project or organizations needs the adaptive workflows needed to hit targets, budgets and deadlines.
BETTER SYSTEMS CREATE BETTER WORK
Whether the challenge is production coordination, internal communication, workflow design, or organizational transition, strong systems make everything else easier.
DIVERSITY STENGTHENS TEAMS
GoW believes healthy, capable teams are built through broader perspectives, collaborative thinking, and intentional leadership.
PRACTICAL SUPPORT MATTERS
Clients don’t need more noise. They need thoughtful, experienced support that helps them make decisions, solve problems, and move forward.
GoW is not a one-size-fits-all consultancy. We work across disciplines because real-world challenges rarely stay in one lane. A production issue becomes an operations nightmare. A software problem derails communications. A leadership transition can impact culture, performance, growth, and ultimately your bottom line.
That’s why our approach is integrated, flexible, and grounded in experienced execution.
We help clients discern the right path forward,
then build the systems & team to get them there.
